We’ve been working on this for a long time and are excited to announce the release of the 2012 DocuMatix Credit Union Email Metrics Study.
To create the study we collected data from over 6,000 email marketing campaigns tracked through our DocuMatix Community Reporting tool and compiled it into a set of statistics we hope will be extremely beneficial to you.
Why is this a big deal? Because it’s the first study of it’s kind to look at not only specific types of campaigns, but also the size of the credit union. That means you can compare your email marketing results with credit unions of similar asset size across the nation to set goals and measure success.
We briefly considered making this an exclusive report for our clients only, but decided to share the results with everyone because we think it’s that important.
